• 3-Month, Semi-Annual and Annual Payments: If you’ve selected a 3-month, semi-annual or annual payment plan, refunds will be provided on a pro-rated basis. The refund amount will be calculated by considering the usage at the standard monthly premium rate of $29.99 (e.g. your payment minus [number of active months] x $29.99). If you decide to cancel, your membership will be de-activated on the last day of your last active month.
