Refund Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction and understand that circumstances may lead you to reconsider your membership. Below are the details of our refund policy, which varies depending on your chosen payment plan:
Monthly Payments:
- Monthly payments are non-refundable.
- If you cancel, your membership access ends the day before the next renewal date.
3-Month, Semi-Annual (6-Month), and Annual (12-Month) Payments:
- For these payment plans, we offer pro-rated refunds based on your usage period.
- The refund amount is calculated by deducting the equivalent of the used months at the standard monthly premium rate ($29.99/month) from your initial payment.
- If you cancel, your membership access ends on the last day of your final active month.
- If your active months outnumber the amount paid, no refund will be issued, and membership access will end after the initial membership term.
Refund Amounts:
For Standard Premium Pricing:
- 3-Month Plan: $15 refund if canceled within 30 days.
- 6-Month Plan: $35 refund if canceled within 30 days; $5 refund if canceled within 60 days.
- 12-Month Plan: $70 refund if canceled within 30 days; $20 refund if canceled within 60 days; $5 refund if canceled within 90 days.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the specified days or for any monthly plans.
For Premium Pricing with Special AI Discount ($10 off):
- 3-Month Plan: $5 refund if canceled within 30 days.
- 6-Month Plan: $35 refund if canceled within 30 days.
- 12-Month Plan: $60 refund if canceled within 30 days; $30 refund if canceled within 60 days.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the specified days or for any monthly plans.
